It's 2024 - What's the state of larger Android based replacement screens for w212s?

I just purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra that's pretty loaded and includes a giant 13 inch screen running Android and utilizing Android Auto. This is my first experience using it and I can see why people like it. I had previously thought the idea of putting a larger aftermarket screen in front of the HU on our W212s as a tacky add on, but now I'm thinking the tiny screen on the COMAND system is not ideal even if equipped with an android auto override module.

So has anyone purchased the latest chinese offerings and installed in a W212? Mostly seeking inputs on ease of installation and how well it integrates with the steering wheel controls/cluster and usage of existing OEM surround cameras.

I've previously posted similar threads for my W211, but wading through the amount of junk produced for those older cars is another effort altogether.

I recently purchased the one on Amazon that only provides the functionality but not a replacement screen. I have been debating on installing oit.

I still think the larger screens don't look as OEM as needed on my Mercedes. Also too bright and big and easier for thieves to spot . I have had a few after markets one in an E and another in a C. I have heard mixed things on the audio quality and phone call features being worse than stock even on the newer units. I'm still debating with myself on installing again. The one I purchased says it works with the 360 cam and has a video input. I want to get a dash cam so thought it would be neat to have the extra video input.

I haven't seen a developer android conversation on these types of units. I'd love to sideload new software to these and provide more customizations.
