I agree. It's always a cost-benefit analysis that needs to be performed to determine whether something is worth pursuing. Right now, I have a front bumper that would be "covered" by the Mars Red Paint Settlement, but at only 50%. I may or may not pursue it. But if the 50% the dealer will charge is more than getting the bumper repainted myself, then it is a no-brainer.
