If your engine is M276.9 3.5NA or M276.8 3.0 Turbo and M278 / M157, the harmonic damper pulley does not have locking facility for special tool to be on the pulley,
you need to lock the flywheel to remove/install the pulley.
Well, removal is piece of cake with impact hammer, but the installation on this pulley is a freaking 200Nm and add 180 degrees.
Jesus, that will be like 400 newton or more.... DAMN !!!!! Dream on if without a locker one can do the +180 degrees. 200Nm is much easier.

I tested the JTC-4060 teeth pattern, to make sure it will match my flywheel.
It fits well. Too bad I cant spin my engine with intercooler in the way, so I did not get the tool to sit.
I use paper tape to trace flywheel teeth

The two alignment/mounting bolts fit well to the EMPTY engine starter holes, which on my RHD car, is at the RIGHT side of the engine.
My starter motor is at LEFT side of the engine.

So, now you have alternative special tool , from other brand to buy and it does fit.
