Both my center (Front and back) 12v ports aren't working
I recently found a use for the 12v ports in my car but I've found that neither of them works. I did a little research which led me to replace fuse 71 in the rear, which was blown. I replaced the 15 amp fuse with one from my local auto parts store and everything fit correctly. I went to test it and it still doesn't work. Not sure what the next step is cause it could be anything from the fusebox to the outlet.
Fuses I bought
Fusebox where I replaced fuse 71
Fuse 71 that was blown

nothing easy...
You've replaced the Cig.lighter fuse
but 12Volts power is still not available!!
-- Did you have the ignition ON or engine running?
-- Consider using a lower fuse value to protect undersized wiring.
-- Perhaps new fuse got blown when inserting 12V Adapter sideways...
-- Is the 12V socket melted into a short-circuit ??
