Which M272 engine type uses this unknown Intake Manifold Tumbler/Flap system ?

I am curious because I can't find it in EPC even though I tracked all the way to W203 era.

This is what I have seen as M272 intake manifold design.
3 of vacuum actuators I labeled 4A to 4C and two of internal links I labeled 2A and 2B

Technical version image

I then look at WIS for W212 with M272
What Alien Intake Manifold is this ? Single link only and also only 2 vacuum actuators.

I have traced the very rare one, single link and single vacuum actuator, which is for the SUPER RARE M272 with DIRECT INJECTION.

I am simply blown away by alien intake manifold.
Anyone can share your wisdom on this older engine ?

Thanks

I think those variants are for the M272 CGI variant-> M272.983 engine

The last image I posted is the rare CGI ( direct injection ) version intake manifold.
I wish there is a proper wiki on the 3 last digits meaning of our engines after the model number.

I have the list from EPC/WIS but not their actual difference

M272.??? CGI has 4 versions.

DE is Direct Injection DELA is Direct Injection with Turbo.

The first picture is the one from all M272, the second one is from M273 engines and the last one is mislabeled because it belongs to M113/M112 engines. 19 year specializing in Mercedes Benz, I don't need to look up anything. I just see it and know what engine it goes to. There is a plastic manifold available from the high output rated M272 that can be retrofitted which uses the throttle body from the M273 (bigger).
