We have 3 M276 NA in the family, 2012 ML 350, 2014 E350, and 2015 ML 350 all passed 95K miles already.
Not a single regret on any of those cars. Just get a good PPI, and reset "your maintenance", i.e. fluids services, so they start at 0 with you and know exactly what is IN them.
