My local AD has this 2023 E63S CPO vehicle. The white is vinyl over original black paint and the whole thing is covered in Xpel.

Yeah, I’m on the fence about this one but I’ll give credit for trying something interesting. OTOH I’m leery of any vehicle with a wrap, not knowing what is underneath!
