2013 E350 AC Issues
Thanks!

2 - Cconnect said scanner to the OBD2 port
3 - Once the scanner has identified the vehicle and listed the modules, enter the AAC (air conditioning control module)
4 - Look for error codes, read actual data (refrigerant pressure, different reported temperatures, etc)
5 - If the scanner is bi-directional you can force the compressor to work (if still able to do do) by actuating the Electronic Control Valve (ECV)
6 - Actuate the clutch magnet, and listen for the click on the front of the compressor, or see the pressure plate move.
Also, check fuse 12 in the FrontSAM. See link https://fuse-box.info/mercedes-benz/...uses-and-relay
