Minor dirt can cause minor wobbling........... 43,000KM car and long time ago I did simple cleaning. Today I did DEEP cleaning.

Imagine if more dirt....how much wobble and eventually motor goes bad.

Elbow grease using brushes............ followed by :
99.9% IPA alcohol and then Simple Green and then Water

I can't clean the inner-opposite bowl/cup for sure

Tried to unscrew the motor, but it was not easy to slide out, so cancel plan.
Two white rubbers are dampers.

I wet wiped with 99.9% IPA alcohol all I can reach area of HVAC blower round hole, cabin filter internal and etc....

That small rectangular shiny thingy is the cooling fin of the blower speed controller. So it get cooled by air from from blower to EVAP, nice !!

That is how ALU oxidize....



Okey dokey, EVAP is still very clean.

I programmed my RECYCLE FLAP to always close when engine OFF.
Safer from bugs and cleaner too.

For those who does not know the actual air flow and how rain water is separated. My car is Right Hand Drive

Open door too long to work and humidity inside the car is now equal outside air...dugghhh.




DEHUMIDIFY the car again...........

Remove all stored DTC because I removed footwell light, temp sensor and blower.
