Mercedes w212 m272 Tumble flap
Hey everyone, I need some advice regarding my M272 engine. I’m getting unusual readings from the tumble flap position sensors during diagnosis with Xentry.
- Both left and right intake manifold position sensors (B28/8 and B28/10) are stuck at 4.96V, even after operation.
- The expected value after operation should be between 0.00–0.50V, but it doesn’t change.
- Visually, the tumble flap linkages do move.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Could it be a faulty position sensor, actuator not engaging fully, or maybe a vacuum supply issue?
