Jack pads damanged and need replacement
2 questions:
1. Has anyone done this before? Seems like using a pry bar or flat head screw driver should loosen them out.
2. Do all 4 jack pads have the same part number? I found part# A0009986750 online

The jack pad big plastic screw is not a screw type thread, it is friction thread.

BELOW, friction thread and not the screw-in thread like a real screw would be

-------------
Spin the big plastic screw counter clockwise while separating the jack pad body from the car.
Once you have gap for the screw to jack pad, pry the big plastic screw with something.
To install the screw, no need to spin screw clockwise, just push it in like you would for plastic rivet found on wheel fender liner.
I have replaced all 4 on mine. Because they look ugly, while still works.
Anyone not using proper MB adapter and instead the common cup shaped jack pad...it will ruin MB jack pad cosmestically.
My MB jack pad adapter version 2. Version 1 was only the black part. Both are nylon 66. great material
.
Have fun....

Don't buy rubber version. Weak.
Don't buy metal version. May damage car.
Nylon PA66 will take this kind of abuse and will not break..............very safe. It will be dented but will stay in shape.

The V2 white extra wide nylon PA66 base is for load sharing........ better for my Quick Jack application where rubber block is used and when I go to my indie when and if his lift jack pad interface is already in bad condition like above.
