Clicking noise when turning the Steering Wheel.

Hello everyone,
I own a 2014 W212 220 CDI, which has an issue with the steering. Whenever I turn the wheel, there's a clicking noise coming from the turning signal lever. (In the video uploaded below, you can notice the lever sort of moving.) Swapping the levers independently is not possible, so I changed the Steering Column Module completely. Unfortunately even with the new Steering Column Module installed, the clicking noise is still present. Any idea of what it could be? Thank you.

I could have sworn this was not present before. I'm guessing alzheimer's has started getting the best of me.
