W212 E350 2014 Apple CarPlay?
I purchased this 2014 E350 used not too long ago, and have been using Bluetooth. I decided to press on aux and this menu popped up saying “Please connect IPhone when stopped”
It seems like a piggyback system was installed
I also can’t leave this menu without clicking on radio on the center stack
There isn’t any after market connections I found anywhere for an iphone.
Does anybody else’s car have this?

It looks like a NTG 4.7 unit. To get CarPlay to work, you'd need an aftermarket unit somewhere in between. If so, there's usually an extra USB port either in the glovebox or in the center console cubby, at the front of the compartment. Check it with a little light as it can be a bit hidden from sight.

almost all of these carplay adapters for your model radio(NTG 4.7) flip between the carplay interface screen and the original factory interface by holding down the back arrow button for 3 seconds. Try that either from the steering wheel, or from the center wheel controller, and you will see the screen flip to the carplay adapter interface if one is installed.

I think that is the standard iPhone integration with NTG 4.5/4.7. There's a UCI or USB port on the center console or glove box were you can plug in your iPhone and get some better integration (album covers, etc.), but nothing like carplay.
