Hi Guys,

I got DTC P0101FD Mass Air Flow sensor 1 has a malfunction... Maf Sensor has been changed elsewhere and i've put original Maf back in but same performance. When cold full power and boost after driving high speed a few mins car limits power with P0101FD code sometimes EML other times no eml just restricted power.

Smoke tested and can't see any leaks...

Reset HFM Drift compensation and tried adaptation..

Tried Test plan to adapt maf sensor and failed with a control deviation in the intake or charge air system was detected...

Live data when the issue is present is showing high value for on/off ratio of exhaust gas recirculation and exhaust back pressure is reading high.

Please see attached pictures and any assistance in fixing this.

Diesel EGR always is a maintenance item due to the soot build up causing bad airflow.
Best to inspect your EGR.
Supposedly EGR opens up when warm or light to moderate load.
I have zero eperience with EGR, but the logic points there

BTW, OM651 inlet manifold is known to crack and break bolts.
Google it : "om 651 intake manifold cracking"
