Reset Headrests

I encountered a rearend collosion involving the driver behind to hit the rearend of my car abruptly. I was braking to avoid hitting a deer standing in the middle of the road. The impact was rather strong but I couldn't find any damage to the rear end of my 2016 E350 sedan. The only thing that happened is both my headrests deployed open. I was completely unaware that this would happen as a result of a rearend collision. I need some help on how to reset them back to the normal position. When I went to restart engine the push button start did not work. The display indicated using my key which allowed starting the engine. I then retried starting with the button and it worked.
Thanks

What is your VIN# ? EPC works best with a correct VIN#. I tried using my VIN, a 2016 E350 Sport model, base RWD, and couldn't find the headrest device that deployed.

I can't make head or tails out of the EPC/WIS program for your headrest. I found it after much searching, see a lumbar module, but can't get it to print, nor screen print.. But I don't see anything except the headrest itself. I looked in WIS and that was even more confusing. Sorry

What is the solution? Go to dealer or MB shop?

Is it actuated by a solenoid activated release mechanism. I haven't looked at it closely due to darkness. The headrest up and down control moves it as usual.
I will try surfing on the net. Thanks for trying.

FYI
I went on Youtube and entered "Reset Headrest 2016 E350 MB Sedan". The first video listed shows how to reset the headrest. It looks very simply and is strictly a mechanical maneuver to get it backinto a reset position.
