Question Factory paint defect on my 2015 Mercedes E250 CDI (left front door)

I recently bought a 2015 Mercedes E250 CDI (W212 facelift) and while washing it under sunlight, I noticed this strange paint defect on the left front door. The car went through a full professional paint inspection, and the report confirmed that it’s 100% original paint (no repaint, no repair).

Has anyone seen something similar on a factory-painted Mercedes panel?
Could this be a clear coat defect, UV damage, or some sort of chemical reaction over time?

I’d appreciate any insight or experiences from others who have dealt with similar issues.

This does not appear to be blistering or absense of clearcoat. It looks like the surface in the photo is the original finsh that has been repainted. The area in question was not properly sanded, primed, and blended with the original finish prior to being repainted. I don't agree with the statement "no repaint or repair". If the area shown in the photo was not repainted the original primer coat or bare metal would be showing.

Zoom out and give us some perspective. A few pics and angles, and one zoomed up very close to the margin of the damage. Additionally, "professional paint inspection" obviously done by a blind person with no fingers. Reporting that the paint is original does not mean there is no damage...adding in though that based on the fact that you can also see nibs (look it up if youre not familiar) in the smooth paint, this was resprayed.

First of all, thank you for your interest. I've added a wider-angle photo. The company that conducted the inspection documented that the door was unpainted. Should I file a complaint with these documents?
Can we say that the door was completely painted or that it was painted locally?

I am not an expert relative to auto finishes but I would file a complaint. If it was spot painted you should see some small differences in gloss and color between the original and the repair no matter how good the match was. If this is a repair it was done by amatuers.
