Oil in AC Condenser?
I’m planning on replacing both my A/C compressor and A/C condenser on my 2011 Mercedes-Benz W212 E350 4 matic, and I want to make sure I handle the A/C oil correctly.
The parts I’m installing are:
• A/C Condenser: Denso 2045000654
• A/C Compressor: Mahle Behr ACP342000S
My main question is about oil quantity and distribution.
How much PAG oil should be added to the new compressor, and does the new condenser require any oil to be added, or should the condenser be installed completely dry?
I want to make sure the oil amount is correct before pulling vacuum and charging the system so I don’t over- or under-oil it.
Any advice or factory-correct guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not in Jakarta my home base and my PC back home has the EPC/WIS...
Attached what I got from my archive in MB world.
As for NEW compressor, it is easy, oil balance the new compressor.
.
If you want to do the HVAC job well, replace all o-rings at hose ends too. They will be brittle soon.
4 o-rings at the EVAP side : https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...total-4-a.html
I have replaced 3 of my HVAC hoses ( out of total 4 hoses ) as preventive, so now all my hose ends are using new-o-ring
Have fun..... and make sure you own a proper micron gauge and a good vacuum pump.
