I am trying to plan my special order so that it arrives at the end of December. When I special ordered my W204 a few years ago, it took about 2.5 months, but I remember my sales person going into the computer and altering an existing build that was coming in. Just curious if anyone who has placed an order already or has experience with MB's ordering process, can tell me how long it usually takes. I know the best deals happen in December, but it would really suck if I overshoot and get it in January

dealer told me about 2 months. They said normally they take one that they have scheduled to be built and just change everything about it to your specs. One dealer said they had one scheduled for Oct 15 delivery they said if i wanted they could have it all exactly how i want and in my hands by Oct 15.
