What should i pay?

Hi. I spotted a Black e300 at a dealership in Memphis Tennessee. It has p1 and that's it. No amg wheels or anything else. The dealer offered $1000 off msrp of 58565, that is 57565 plus ttl, plus about 500 doc fee. He asked for my counter offer But i i did not know what to offer. Any suggestions? Do i need to pay a doc fee? Thanks!

EQ
I usually go for 10 or so per cent off here in SoCal. That said, as essentially a base model, shoot for 8 per cent off. Can't hurt.

Whenever I see 1K off sticker, I usually see that as the dealership is "playing around." I think about 10% is a good place to start, maybe more. I usually like to see a 10K discount with E classes but that might be hard to get right now because it is so new. Also I'm in Florida so I am not sure if it is different for other states.

How bad do you want the car

have you shopped around?

i would agree... At least 10% but dealers will not likely haggle this early in the model year

wait if you can

I conquer with PeterUbers. Do you really need the car right now? If not, wait until November or December. That's usually when the best deals occur. The car is so new that dealers are trying to get as much as they can right now.
