Good to be back...
I've only had it a few days now but have worked my way through the manual and have become with the cars features and am now acclimated to the nav unit and it's related functions. A bit of deja vu with the dynamic seats and the massage feature my 2003 vehicle had as well. So far so good. The only issues I've had thus far were the homelink holding it's code to open my garage which has now been resolved by having the operational codes updated at my dealer and my sunglasses literally got stuck in the sunglass holder because the holder is so narrow that it caused the arms of my sunglasses to block the ability for the door to open because apparently they protruded beyond the width of the holder, once closed. Once the dealer and I struggled with that repair (I won't be putting my glasses in there any longer) everything seems to be going smooth.
Funny story...I went to the gym at 4:30 a.m. where it was dark and they gym had not yet opened. The car was backed in facing the gym door entrance and there were several people waiting to go inside the gym for when the entrance was unlocked. I wanted to play with the nav unit a bit while waiting to see if there were items I could learn and when I re-started the car, (my lights had been on auto) there was this criss cross light show that flashed along the waiting crowd which drew attention all to the car. I laughed and I was also a little embarrassed but it was comical to watch their expressions.

When it comes to the technology in cars, it always seems the latest redesign wins. Hope this means others will step up and continue to innovate.
