Sorry no pic..however I did have them in my '15 C400. I never used them...very rarely did anyone ride in the backseat; but also I had the windows tinted (Las Vegas). You pull them up and attach to a hook...they were mistakenly put in the car I ordered so no charge. I guess if you're not tinting windows and will frequently have folks riding in the back it may be a consideration...you also can't have them up while the window is open as well...I'm sure someone will post pics...good luck!

Here is a picture of mine (not a W213, but should be very similar.)

The picture shows the light different inside the cabin -- from the front passenger window, compares to the back passenger window.

Here are pictures of mine. I have 3M CS35 tint (the lightest one) all around and have them up when I want extra privacy. It's a pretty nice feature for that purpose. My car also came with the sunscreen in the rear wind shield.
