Wheel and Tire Protection
I know it is dependent on where you live, and being in the NJ area, tire and wheel damage during the winter months is common. Tirerack price for the 19 runflat are over $320 a tire before shipping, install, etc.
Mercedes has the First Class Wheel and Tire Plus (covers cosmetic damage to the wheels too) and there are 3rd party products being offered as well.
What are you doing and what prices are you seeing.
Thanks
Over the past 4 years I've replaced 5 tires and one rim.
Total costs well over $3,000.00 and I paid $970.00 for the protection.
And my tires are not run flat but my dealer will replace it even if it just hit a nail!
Just a couple of months ago I brought my car in due to one tire loosing pressure.
The dealer found both rear tires had a nail each so both were replaced without questions!
I also have the extended warranty and paid around $2,100.00.
So far that has also more than paid for itself as my claims for repairs have exceeded $4,000.00.
They had to replace a DEF sensor in the DEF tank, two corroded radar sensors for the Blind Spot Assist plus replace the comfort access for the driver's door which malfunctioned.
I still have 2 years coverage for my tires and rims and probably one year left for my extended warranty!

Would you mind providing the dealership you purchased/leased your E300 and the name of the Finance person you dealt with. PM is ok if you prefer that.
If you go to About Us...Our Team, you will see the finance manager and can contact from there.
