E300-4matic
Tire Size and Brand

This week I bought a 2017 E300W4 Luxury model. I wanted to buy an extra spare tire as virtually no cars these days come with spare tires, which is fine but at my age a spare tire is a must unless you're lifting weights like those guys on tv. In any case, I know the people on this web-site are usually very knowledgeable when it comes to their cars and what they have and don't have, certainly more knowledgeable than most tire salesmen. I was told that my car has 18" luxury type (18" wheels) wheels with 245/45x18" tires that are run flat tires made by Pirelli and are called "Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season" tires while another person those aren't run flat tires and all E300 comes with Run-Flat Tires. Needless to say I don't know what the truth is and what isn't. Anyone out there know what the truth is and what it isn't your help will be greatly appreciated. Happy Thanksgiving!

I have the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flats. They do make both Run Flats and non-Run Flats in that model. Not sure if Mercedes OEM's both types.

It will say on your tires. Somewhere in all the text on your tire it should say Run Flat.

Actually, the sidewall says MOE which is almost the same as run flat.
