Car does not save Dynamic Seat settings

Car does not save Dynamic Seat settings
This is quite odd but not really a huge problem. At the dealership when I picked up my car, my salesman turned on my dynamic seats, Level 2 for me and Level 1 for the passenger. Through the weekend, the seats were fine. Three days into the ownership, I noticed the seats weren't hugging me in the corners so I went into the menu and both seats were turned off. I turned them back on but this has now happened twice. Seems to remember the setting when returning to the car during the day, but after a cold start, it seems to forget again. Anyone have similar experience?

I did prior to turning the features on, and did it now so hopefully it will remember it. But I didn't adjust the seats or anything or change keys (in case it is linked) so I dont know why.
