Remote Start
Can anyone explain how to use the remote start function.
I have the MB Me app installed and see all the other features but the remote start.
We do not have MBrace in Europe so i guess it can only go via the MB Me app...correct?

In the States, its Mercedes Me, but the remote start for me and a lot of other users has not been working. Ive been trying since I got mine about 2 weeks ago and I have never had a successful remote start.

I don't think the remote start feature is available at all for us. After all the law allows the car to idle for one minute max anyway, would not make any sense to start the car for one minute (Euro drivers follow rules to every detail, as far as I know). We have plugin hybrids if one wants to cool the car or warm it up before the trip (no need to start the engine). Stationary heaters do the heating for other cars too.
