E43 AMG Lease and Info
Hi All,
I am looking to lease an E43 and wanted to know if anyone could share with me what kind of pricing and discounts they have been getting from various dealers. Also what the residual is on the car as well as the money factor. I am looking to do a 27 or 36 month lease. I am not sure if Mercedes still does the 27 Month leases. I had two E classes previously a 2012 and 2014 and both were 27 Month leases but I have read that they are now just offering a 36?
Also I have been reading online that the E43 may be a one model year only car as for 2018 they may have a new engine can anyone confirm this. I have been waiting on the E43 since I had no interest in the 4 cylinder model when they came out. I am at a loss as to the reason Mercedes decided not to offer an E400 in the US.

I doubt the e 43 will be a one year model. Though rumors of MB going to inline sixes, are everywhere when that will happen us anyones guess. The 43 label has been introduced widely in the model lineup as an entry mdel AMG, whether it sticks around is anyone's guess but quite probable since AMG's sales are off the roof since the 43 logo came along.
Regarding it being missing from the 2018 catalog it simply means that it will not have any changes for that model year, the catalog doesnt mention the regular 63 nor a replacement for the 43 either. They are simply models that will continue on without any changes to their options or packages.

Im interested too and the GLE 450 coupe turned into the GLE 43 AMG so I don't think the E43 will be a one model year car. The E43 will probably stick around for a few years at the least because it seems like Mercedes is making a base model, then the next step as the base/AMG and then the full blown AMG for their entire lineup.

That's fantastic and factless prognostication on your part, but it has nothing to do with you stating there won't be a 2018 E43 model.

The fact that it's not in the feb 2017 dealers order guide has zero coerraltion to it not being available as a 2018 model.

The E43 will be around for at least 2 years, then a different engine as a 2020 model out mid to late 2019. I just leased a E43, Sticker was $83,730, 6k out of pocket, $928.74 per month for 36 months and 7500 miles a year. Love the car, and the interior is gorgeous. Plenty of power for me, very similar to my old 11' E550 but definitely faster.

Thanks for the reply. Congrats on the new ride. Did the dealer discount the car? I read that the car drives great. I am going this week to drive one and can't wait. I drove the 300 and just does not feel right to me not enough power for a car that size. I guess it's all subjective but it felt to me as if the engine was stressing when pushed. Didn't care for the exhaust note either. How is the exhaust in the E43?

I would think I could lease a different 63 AMG model for around the same price. Id rather spend $100-$200 more a month to get the real deal (if they're going for around $1300-$1400 a month)

The 63 will start at no at no less than 100k an s model at least 10 k more. That is for stripper models. Pop on some ceramic brakes and thats another 10 k. The lease our poster is mentioning is for 7500 miles a year, a ridiculously low amount. Paying 40k (when you include fees and $ down) for 22k miles is completely ridiculous, unless you are a sheik and that money is just pocket change. A 63 s lease for normal milage 12k would run arond 2k per mth. Thats 72k for a 3yr lease! OUCH!!! The entire price of a decently equipped E300. Nuts!
