Can't Never to Remote Start

Can't Never to Remote Start with the Mercedes Me App. same message windows or sunroof open. The lock, unlock, horn honking and locate work.
Any Ideas?
No pano roof. Just the sunroof and the headliner flap is closed all the way.
Thanks.

Yea mine finally worked last night at a friend's house. I guess MB is still working for the fix. Good thing it's a free service for now.

Mine worked once in three months - never worked again. I gave up on it.

When I first got my E300 it wouldn't work, then I tried keeping the shade closed and it started working for a bit, then it stopped working and then Mercedes updated the app and it started working. What I do from time to time is ill click the window switches to go up even though their up already to make sure that they're closed. I think that helped with my remote start issues.
