Does anyone know if there's a "settings" function when using CarPlay in the 2017 E300? I'm looking for setting shortest route or fastest route, avoid freeways or toll roads, use/don't use carpool lanes and other such things normally found in navigation systems. Also, I was hoping to find a route listing showing every street and turn on the proposed route--something sadly lacking in the MB navigation system.

The iPhone nav app does allow for freeway/toll decisions under Settings for the app on the iPhone. It does not allow selection of fastest/shortest route in Settings. The calculated routes allow you to make that selection when beginning the trip. Detailed turn by turn directions for the selected route are on the left side of the screen. Select DETAIL in the upper right side of the map screen in Car Play mode. I haven't been able to find out how to scroll through them in CarPlay yet. You can scroll through them in the app on the phone.
