The basic package is worth it, you get the accident notification, GPS tracking if stolen, SOS, etc, good to have. The more expensive packages are pure fluff. I could care less about "concierges", wifi or even more radio "choices" that I will never use. Furthermore, the price of the basic package is not bad at all since if you take an extended plan the price goes down considerably, you end up paying less than 10 bucks a mth.

Definitely not worth it right now. I just cancelled and got a full refund for the "Safety & Security" package and the "Entertainment" package that I had signed up for. The connectivity is completely unreliable and unavailable more than 50% of the time, in my experience. MBrace takes no responsibility for their shortcomings and systematically refers you to return to the dealer for service, even though no service is needed. Save your money.

I like the idea of the Safety and Security package. But, each time I call, I don't get the feeling they'd be much help in an emergency. I am keeping it, but only because it isn't that expensive on an annual basis.

I concur, Ive never used mine except for actitivation and to complain about the in car mb apps which they fixed after the call.
