Problem with 2017 E Class Navigation System
I have a new 2017 E Class w/ P2 option. The Navigation is terrible. Only about 50% of my iPhone Contacts would work. I found out what was wrong after emailing Mercedes directly. They replied to that question as follows:
"We have reached out to our product advice team for any additional feedback and support. They indicated that for the addresses that are stored in your phone, not to use the full spelling of the words like street, road, avenue, etc but save in your phone as st, rd, ave etc. and no punctuation marks either"
That seemed to fix that problem. Would be nice if they told their dealers this. However, Highway shown as Hwy does not work.
They never answered (and my dealership has no idea how to do this) my other question on how to save 20+ locations with names to the vehicle. My wife does not have a cell phone so I want to save these locations for her when I'm not there with my iPhone.
Can anyone help?
