What are the residuals and money factor for an E43?

36/12K - .00099 MF and 58% residual add 1% for 10K, don't forget .00007 reduction per MSD

In English please. I love how financial people disguise how you are getting screwed to the fraction of a penny!
My wife suggested that I lease my new 43 since Ive bought 3 cars in 5 years. I told her that to get a nicer car it would have to be a E63 and that the additional 30k plus would be deterrent enough
