AC Question and wipers

AC Question and wipers
So they did some kind of software update on my AC because one side was blowing cold and the other warm...and yes i had it on sync.
What was done was some small part replaced and software.It blows equall temperatures now but i still feel like my AC when on the lowest setting will not come even close to my other cars AC.It just seems not cold enough...how is your AC feel like?
Also they replaced the windshield wiper because it was dragging in the lower part(drivers side)I however can still see that the wiper drags the lower part as if it was moving on a sticky surface.The upper part and other wiper are ok.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I get more cold air and output from the side vent next to the driver side window then the middle vents. Also, When your AC is on high, does the pedals and steering wheel vibrate?
