Jag skriver här för att underlätta för andra så får jag inte 100 PM senare 
Jack up front end.
Remove front wheels.
Remove front engine compartment panelling, ~12 8mm sheet metal screws.
Remove all the front plastic covers from under the front.
This will give access to two 10mm screws holding the bumper towards the front end.
Remove left and right inner front wheel well covers, 10mm plastic nuts and plastic expander rivets, gently fold the covers and take them out.
Disconnect large bumper connector in front of right wheel, also disconnect outside temperature sensor close to that connector.
Remove two torx screws connecting the front fender to the bumper, two screws left side and two on the right.
Remove upper 5 torx screws behind front grille, remember to mark locations of these screws as this is how the distance between hood and bumper is adjusted.
Loosen the brackets where the 5 screws sat and pull entire bumper towards you.
Use a friend and gently fold the bumper outwards to clear the lights while pulling it forwards, this should make it come loose.
Grille is snapped into place with several tabs, use a flat head screwdriver to dismantle.
