w213 satnav map updates not working
w213 satnav map updates not working. Unable to download successfuly either on automatic updating or manual updating to a USB stick. Anyone else with the same problem?

At times it works and sometimes it doesn't. Where are you from? Could you explain in detail how far does it work for you and where does it fail exactly? Did you try to download all files at once?

As far as i understand here in europe the car will only download updates for your specific country.
all other countries have to be updated manually cos otherwise the download would get too big for the car.
(Then again, my car doesn't download ANY map at all)
Here's my problem when i try to download manually:
i installed the mercededes download manager but it won' recognise my HD (see pic attached).
it only sees a memory stick, but it's way too small
(Just the EU countries is already over 10GB).
any thoughts? - Is a HD to big maybe?
