Is there a customer accessible website to obtain order status information? I hate to keep asking my SA for updates.

The short answer is no. I keep calling for the same thing. However, you can follow your car once it's on the boat. All you need is the ship's name.

I'm aware of the ship tracking. My car has landed at Brunswick, but seems to be stuck somewhere.
