New wheel with 45ET in car with 43ET matter?

New wheel with 45ET in car with 43ET matter?
I am thinking of purchasing a spare wheel and tire to use as a spare in 2017 e300. My current wheels are 43ET. Is there much chance of a problem if I install wheel with 45ET?

2mm difference is no problem, just make sure the width and diameter is correct as well.
