Merceds me connection error

2015 S65 AMG
Merceds me connection error

In App and on website at login I get the colored revolving circle, a message saying "Loading acccount,
. Then " Finishing up". Then "System error. We're working on it. Try back in a few minutes."
Except this has been going on for 2 months. And same error.. called tech support, they logged a case and went dark.

Any ideas?

Yes. Call Customer Service and ask for Sy. 3 different people tried to "verify" my CPO purchase on Mercedes Me to no avail. Sy did it while I was on the phone with him. (800) 367-6372. Be patient if you don't get him right away. He actually called me back once. Good luck!
