When I ordered by '15 E350, the local dealership told me it's MSRP-only for custom-order cars. I was rather angry with the saleshole, as my parents had bought no fewer than 5 cars from the same saleshole over the years. I immediately called the dealership in the next county over and he offered 3% BUT also told me that I'd do better calling outside of the state, as it was high season here. Sure enough, I was down to 5% by the end of the first day. Dialing for dollars, I was able to get 11% off on my 2015 E350 (new).
The deal on my `18 E300 is a bit complex due to all of the issues I've had with the E350, MBUSA throwing some bones my way, and that it's part of a larger deal going on.
