No saving function

I am trying to save an address to favorites and am receiving this error no matter what I do. I have tried factory resetting, creating a new profile under personalization, and resetting all favorites, no dice. My vehicle is a 2017 e300. Any advice? Thank you in advance

.
There is more than one way to save an address to favorites. Watch this 2 minute video. It is for the current model but it should be the same for yours.

Thank you for the response. I am aware on how to save functions onto favorites, but when I try to save a nav address I receive an error that says something along the lines of "No saving function available"

Mine did something like that, but what I was trying to save was already there. Scroll to the end and make sure you don't need to just "move" it to a different position in Favorites
