I need to enter geo-coordinates for waypoints. What is the best way going about this and name the waypoint?

I can name a waypoint by entering an address through Mercedes me, but it appears Mercedes me does not accept geo-coordinates. I can enter the geo-coordinates through the Nav system but I can't seem to name them.

Any suggestions?
