Anyone with E-Class quality issues?

Agree, but I'm pleased with my mileage, too. Dunno how many thousands of the models mentioned have been sold. My experience with the new E coupe has been a delight. Still learning the car and wishing Comand were more intuitive, but it is moving the right direction. Now nearing 1000 miles, I have been glad not to have experienced the problems reported here. The first day, I thought I had the audio-goes-entirely-out glitch, but turned out it was a bad cord connecting an old iPod. No wind noise. Over 31 mpg on its first highway jaunt. Never gone below 23 mpg driving in town.
It is a car that requires learning for me. Mostly useful tech, but could go with profile settings, and permit adjustments to them. They do it with transmission profiles. In the vast array of settings they could do this, too. Jillions of settings, and subsettings. So far, problem free, thankfully.
To maintain its competitive position, Mercedes Benz should make the car learn me.

#1 i got the ** Macchiato Beige/Espresso Brown Nappa leather ** package , i have only one month of ussage and is alredy teared.
#2 Passenget seat rattles
#3 Sometimes the wireless module turns off it self and i have to factory reset the COMMAND system
#4 the burmester 13 system is not that good.

2009 E350
2017 e300w4 27k p2 27k miles, produced late summer 2016 (forget actual month). Car has been at the dealer for two months since i've owned it.
Front brake rotors would vibrate when hot and needed to be replaced
5 cabin rattles repaired
rattling drivers door speaker repaired
rattling dash speaker repaired (unsuccessfully)
Rear seat tex peeling from baby seat anchor point.
Transmissions constantly malfunctions and throws codes
SRS has malfunctioned required car to be towed.
Command system crashes and freezes requiring system to be re-booted.
Occasionally puffs black or gray smoke on gear shift
