New Message on Screen

so I’ve been getting a message in the instrument cluster when I have the media options selected on the left or center that reads Mercedes Me Connect features not available. Or something similar. I have hot x to get out. Once I do everything is fine and all of the Connect features work when I try them. I’ve occasionally used CarPlay and that’s been fine but wondering if that’s maybe triggering this message when the phone isn’t plugged in. Anyone else get this?

Is the message this one "Mercedes me connect Services Limited". I've been getting it every time I start the car for the past couple weeks. The Mercedes Me app seems to be working for me too (Remote Start, Travel Zones, Remote Lock). I have on my to-do list to call mbrace from the car to see if they can provide more detail.

same. The Mercedes me people to me to take it to dealer. If you look ok at the online manual it tells you that one of the Mercedes me Connect features is malfunctioning.

Curious if anyone ever got this resolved? Got this after the Renntech tune and with OBD reader plugged in (never take it out. One of them might be the issue.

Thanks, got my suspect! Kind of funny you use a Progressive device to safe on insurance and track the car👍😂. Take the Progressive device out and drive it like you stole it, life is too short!

I’m getting the same message. The Mercedes Me person on the phone said my insurance company device in the OBD port was causing the problem. He said only certain devices are approved for use. Has anyone else had to replace their insurance device with an “approved” device from Allstate and, if so, did that solve the problem? Does anyone have a different solution?

.
I've never allowed an insurance company device to be connected to my vehicle. They interfere with the normal operation of the vehicle and other devices that need access to the OBD port.
