What are the tire size and load rating? Is the 30 psi from the door jamb or fuel filler door?

they fluctuate to 32 if its a little warmer out...50 degrees. Its cold in Chicago this time of year, 30's most of the time. 30psi was in the tires when i bought my E300 in november. I have the sport package w/19's and its a bumpy ride. i couldnt imagine needing to put more air in the tires, even if the door jambs require it. the display is not detecting low air so i would guess the car is okay with 30.....idk.
