Bermester DTS or plain 5.1. How do I play it?
i have the basic Bermester system in my 18 E400’s Coupe. Manual says it plays 5.1 and DTS. How do you play it on this system? My 13 E350 Cab had a slot for CD’s, DTS discs, and DVD discs. This car has no such thing. The Bermester/MB page says this system can play true multi channel music. So how am I to play true multi channel music in this car? As far as I know, the iPhone doesn’t play multi channel music so I cannot use Bluetooth for that.

Resurrecting a very old thread. I tried playing DTS audio files in WAV format and my system could not play them. The system would fast-forward to the next track after a few moments of the current track having no length, i.e. 0:00 long. These files will play on my DTS amplifier at home.
The manual says that WAV files can be played, but perhaps DTS audio only pertains to movies? There's no mention of DTS in the manual except where copyrights are mentioned.
Maybe it's just not possible?
