W213 Headlight Aim

Looking for guidance on adjusting the LED Headlamp elevation on our new 2018 E300. When on high beam, the brightest area is up in the trees, not shining down the road. When driving ahead of my wife the other night, every bump in the road makes it look like she is flashing high beams. Driving on a long bridge where we live, the cutoff line on the low beam goes up at an angle, as seen on the guard rail. The farther out it goes, the higher it gets. When I drive the car at night, I see that the low beams shine above the trunk line on cars we follow on the road. I can definitely see the lights shining up into the car, when we hit bumps. We have also been flashed by other oncoming driver's at times. I don't want to take it back to the dealer, since it is not convenient. I see a Phillips screw in a socket, on top of the headlight, and also see some kind of adjuster on the back side, (A little bevel gear and shaft arrangement) However, there seems to be some kind of black plastic limiter on top of that white shaft. Can someone help with this?

Do you have active headlamps? If so take it to the dealer, rather than aim it might be a faulty tilt sensor. The the high beams of the active lights do shine quite high but they also illuminate quite far, when the highbeams activate, its like a curtain of light sweeps in front of you. It virtually does as additional rows of LEDs in the lamp light up. On the other hand, the standard lights are quite ordinary.

This is our 3rd car with adaptive lights, so I am familiar with how they work. Bottom line is that the base setting from the factory is too high, and needs to be adjusted. This is not my first time doing this. Last time, the dealer just blew us off, and I just did it myself. Need to do the same, again. All I need is which screw, and where. Both sides need about 1 full turn, down. I hope somebody can help.
