ADBlue empty after 7 months
So I have an E220D station wagon which has done 10,000 miles and in the last days I have received the message that I need to refill the adblue.
It's strange, because with my lat C class which also used adblue I never had to refill in the 2.5 years of ownership.
Any similar experiences? Is this normal?
Cheers,
CP
The new om654 engine has a different exhaust gas cleaning system with everything bolted on much closer to the engine than in the old om651 set up and they claim it catches 99% of particulates and is also much better on nox...maybe too late looking at the hysteria developing over diesel engines.
Can I ask how do you fine the new e v your old c. There seems to be a lot of W205 owners who have upgraded to the W213 here and indeed I am one having placed an order this week for a e 220d 4matic estate....I am a little concerned re the loss of torque from my 250d (down to 400 from 500) but on test drives it seemed ok but real life tends to really demo the changes. However we are facing a reduction in the national speed limit from 90k to 80k wef 1st June (it will be quicker to walk soon!) And I am taking the view outright performance is really no longer worth paying for as I simply never have the opportunity to use it!

I don't know at what level it will give the warning message, but my figures seem pretty close to yours cornishPasty..?
