2018 E 300 4MATIC Sedan Lease :O)
Hey everyone,
Super long time; hope all is well!
A very close friend is looking to lease a new E Sedan.
Looking at the 2018 E 300 4MATIC, as well as the 400.
Would like the AMG Night Package too.
On a 36 month lease with 15k miles and excellent credit, can those in the know please advise as to current Residuals and MF’s on the two models?
Also, true the 400's are receiving even better discounts than the 300's because they’re not moving? Friend states dealers are telling him the opposite, that they won’t work deals on same, as they’re rare.
Furthermore, true E’s rarely lease with leather seats? I find it hard to believe, but my friend states dealers have told him this too.
And last, any insight into best discounting; whether my friend should shoot for 8% or give it more effort towards 10%?
Thank you all!

Yeah, real leather is an extra cost option, just look at all the CPO cars on MB's website, they're all mostly MB-tex. Most people just lease whatever is on the dealer lot and dealers mostly buy base cars because if you load it up, it's another 10k or more and then at that price point, there are other car options.
