Good morning everyone, new here so please bear with me. I have a 2017 E300 Sedan. P2 pkg. I am having issues with the command center and I have searched on here for these issues so again forgive me if I missed something and this is a duplicate thread. My issues have started over the last two months and taking the car into the shop this Wednesday but wanted to ask for feedback here.

The Command center or screen has been freezing at times. I have to turn it off for a while and then turn it back on and it seems to be fine. Over the last two week I have now had an issue with sound. The radio is not muted but if I switch between say radio and media it show on the screen that the song is playing but I cannot get any sound no matter what I do to correct it. Over this past week while driving to Ft. Worth I had a destination set in the Nav and after about 15 minutes of driving the sound just quit. The nav is still working bringing up turn lanes and mapping fine but zero sound at all and again I did not mute the system or mess with the driving voice volume at all. I literally touched nothing and the sound just quit. Once I reached my destination I turned the car off and handled my errands which took about 45 minutes and after starting the car again everything worked fine and the sound was back. I can't explain this at all but it is starting to happen more frequently. This past week is the first time I have actually lost sound with a destination set and using the nav.

Has anyone had this happen and if so can you provide me some feedback please on possible solutions.....especially ahead of my dealer visit on Wednesday. Thank you all in advance ofr the help and I hope you have a great week!
