MBRACE levels of service
I’m confused about the available levels of Mbrace service in the US and am hoping someone understands them. I have a 2017 E300. I know the Connect level is free for five years. MB Secure is $199 year (after a free six month trial). Concierge and Entertain are an additional $28/month.
I am getting conflicting information on what package includes traffic information when using the dashboard navigation system— the different colors on the nav screen that indicate traffic flow and incidents. The technologist at my dealer insists this is included in the free Connect package. I called MBrace customer service and they said it’s not included in Connect—only in the extra cost Concierge package. The information on the Mbrace web site and in the pamphlet provided by the dealer isn’t clear on this issue. Does anyone know the answer? For those of you who only have the free Connect package, are you still getting the colored traffic indications and incident information? Thanks in advance.

I went over the details with MBrace before the trial for my entertainment expired last week. I also like the colored traffic indications and incident information. They said that came through Sirius, not Mbrace. So the 3 month trial is gone and I am still on the 6 moth trial. I still have the colored traffic indications and incident information .
