Hi all,
Anyone know if the Sedan (w213) and Coupe (c238) grilles are interchangeable?
They look like they are upon examination in person, but not sure.

Well, the only identical external parts between the W213 and the C238 are the headlights and the door handles. Every other body panel is different. That being said, some body panels may be interchangeable. If Vic says the grille+bumper is interchangeable, I would believe him. In your pictures, you can see that even though they look similar the AMG-line bumper shape at the lower corners is different between sedan and coupe, but all you care is that the attaching points are in the same place. Does having intelligent driver's assist matter or not when changing the grill? I am wondering if the grill is different when you have that driver assist package. I would assume there are wirings attached to the emblem.

Yes, if you have the driver assist functions, your Mercedes star in the center is solid and just a painted silver emblem. If you dont have it, you get a physical mercedes star.

The star assembly is just swapped over, the grill is still the same regardless of driver assist option.

However you need to take note if your vehicle is equipped with 360 camera as the grill differs if equipped with camera.

I am actually thinking of swapping the E53 Coupe grill to a E sedan if that fits. I guess no one knows until that car becomes available.

Ah, the lighting through me off. My preference is the standard coupe grill, but I am biased haha.

I like the standard Couple grill too. But this one has an attitude. It seems menacing. Maybe I'm just biased from mention of the E63 AMG.

Will an e350 grille fit a c300 grille (2015)?

Do you remember if, in your specific case, that grill was purposed to fit W213 or C238 or both?

It makes no difference. The same grille is use in the W213, S213, C238 and A238 ans they are all interchangeable. Mine is a S213 and i have a "Diamond Grille" from an A238 (it even has an A238 part number.
